The justices on the bench of the Supreme Court, presided over by justice Annan have taken a short recess as at 11: oclock on Tuesday morning to allow justice decided on some interrogatory  required by former president Mahama the petitioner against 1st and 2nd respondents.

The petitioners have raised some questions and require the 1st respondent to answer for further clarification of the law and procedures during the 2020 general elections.

The former president and the NDC have raised concerns over the conduct of the electoral commission during the 2020 general election and warranted court petition as required by law.

The NDC legal team is represented by lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata, the president who is the 2nd respondent is represented by lawyer Kojo Ampao while the EC Is represented by Justin Amenuvor.

Meanwhile, the preliminary submission of the EC lawyer claims all the interrogatory is been captured by law hence no need for further answer.

However, the justices when they return from their recess will determine whether to grant NDC the request the make to elicit information from 1ST respondent or not.
